In connection with our growth initiative in Sweden, we are now looking for a Country Manager Sweden who will lead and develop the business from our office in Kristianstad.

About the role

As Country Manager Sweden, you will have the overall responsibility for leading and developing Hepro Care AB in the Swedish market. The role includes full responsibility for sales, delivery and support in Sweden, as well as commercial development and P&L responsibility for the company. The position reports directly to the Group CEO of Hepro Group and has line management responsibility for 3–4 middle managers.

This is a role for someone who is motivated by building and further developing a growing business – close to the market, the customers and your own team.

Areas of responsibility and key tasks

Strategy and business development

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy for the Swedish market within care technology.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and channels towards municipalities, regions and private players.
  • Build and further develop Hepro Response as a strong brand in Sweden.

Sales and marketing

  • Lead strategic development projects, e.g. new service concepts, product areas or market segments.
  • Contribute to the establishment and development of new companies in the Nordics and the UK from a commercial perspective.
  • Work closely with sales, product, technology and operations to ensure strong, integrated solutions are delivered to the market.

Delivery and support

  • Overall responsibility for ensuring that deliveries to Swedish customers are carried out in line with agreed requirements for quality, time and cost.
  • Ensure that the support and service function maintains high quality and contributes to satisfied and loyal customers.
  • Coordinate closely with Norwegian and other Nordic/English-speaking resources within development, operations, implementation and customer support.

Leadership and organisational development

  • Build and lead the Swedish team within sales, delivery and support.
  • Ensure good routines, processes and tools that support professional operations.
  • Create a culture characterised by accountability, collaboration, openness and customer focus.

Reporting and finance

  • P&L and budget responsibility for Hepro Care AB in Sweden.
  • Ongoing reporting of key figures, forecasts and activities to the Group CEO.
  • Contribute to common planning processes and steering meetings at group level.

The position has process ownership for its respective processes.

Qualifications

Education and experience

  • Higher education in business, management, technology, health sciences or equivalent. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
  • Documented experience from a leadership role with P&L responsibility, preferably as Country Manager, branch manager, Sales Manager or similar.
  • Experience from care technology, IT or related industries is a clear advantage.
  • Strong commercial understanding and solid experience with B2B sales, tenders and negotiations.
  • Experience with building teams and establishment/start-up of operations is desirable.

Language and systems understanding

  • Fluent Swedish, both oral and written.
  • Good understanding of Norwegian and/or English, written and oral.
  • Good digital skills and experience using CRM and support systems.
