To strengthen our Nordic and international growth, we are now seeking a strategic and commercially driven Group Business Development Lead, based in Oslo, Norway or Kristianstad, Sweden.

About Hepro and Hepro Care (Hepro Group)

Hepro is part of Hepro Group, together with our Hepro Care companies in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and England. The Hepro Group companies are owned by the Addlife AB Group, a leading player within Life Science in the European market. We deliver solutions that provide increased safety, independence and efficiency in health and care services – at home, in institutions and in municipal services.

As an employee with us, you become part of an international environment. You will have colleagues in several countries, access to expertise across Hepro Group, and the security that comes with being part of a larger group – combined with short decision-making paths and a strong opportunity to influence your own workday.

To strengthen our Nordic and international growth, we are now seeking a strategic and commercially driven Group Business Development Lead, based in Oslo, Norway or Kristianstad, Sweden.

About the role

As Group Business Development Lead, you will have overall responsibility for Hepro Group’s work with business development, new markets and strategic partnerships. You will also have overarching responsibility for our solutions portfolio within welfare technology. This is a newly established key role, reporting directly to the Group CEO. The position involves close collaboration with leaders in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and the UK.

This role is well-suited to someone who both thinks strategically and enjoys working hands-on with concrete projects, agreements and launches – from idea to implementation.

Areas of responsibility and key tasks

Strategy and growth

You will:

  • Further develop and operationalise the growth strategy across existing and new markets.
  • Analyse markets, trends and competitors within welfare technology, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare business cases, investment analyses and recommendations for management and the board.

Business development and new initiatives

You will:

  • Lead strategic development projects, e.g. new service concepts, product areas or market segments.
  • Contribute to the establishment and development of new companies in the Nordics and the UK from a commercial perspective.
  • Work closely with sales, product, technology and operations to ensure strong, integrated solutions are delivered to the market.

Partnerships and alliances

You will:

  • Identify, assess and negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances (technology, distribution, commercial collaborations).
  • Represent Hepro Group in selected external forums, networks and partnerships.

Tenders and major commercial processes

You will:

  • Support the country organisations in major tender and proposal processes with strategy, structure and differentiation.
  • Contribute to the development of common models for pricing, packaging and commercial agreements.

The position holds process ownership for its respective processes.

Qualifications

Education and experience

  • Higher education in business/economics, technology, management, innovation or equivalent.
  • Solid experience from business development, management consulting, strategy, commercial roles or similar.
  • Experience from welfare technology or related industries is a clear advantage – but not an absolute requirement.
  • Documented results from work with growth projects, new business areas and partnerships.
  • Experience from a Nordic or international environment is desirable.

Language and systems understanding

  • Excellent proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish and English, both oral and written.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, preferably with experience using analysis and reporting tools.

Personal qualities

  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset – understands how new initiatives create value for both the company and its customers.
  • Analytical and structured – able to translate insights into clear priorities and concrete plans.
  • Proactive and execution-oriented – drives projects forward and gets things done.
  • Relationship builder – creates trust internally across countries and functions, and externally towards partners and customers.
  • Thrives in growth and change – comfortable working in a developing company with a high pace.

We offer

  • A central key role in a Nordic growth company with a clear social mission within welfare technology.
  • The opportunity to shape and drive our growth and business development.
  • Competitive terms and conditions.
  • An informal and committed working environment with short decision-making paths.
  • Time off on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
  • Development opportunities in the company, including through Addlife Academy.
