Hepro is strengthening its position in the Nordic market with its largest contract ever in Sweden. Through its sister company, Zafe Care Systems AB, Hepro has entered into a prestigious agreement with the Västra Götaland Region for the delivery of digital supervision solutions. The contract has a duration of up to four years and includes thousands of Nattugla (NightOwl) units.

Increased safety for home residents in 48 municipalities

The agreement includes thousands of Nattugla units, an advanced solution for digital supervision that combines camera and sensor technology. With this solution, caregivers can conduct planned digital supervision and simultaneously receive alerts for unusual events, such as falls or if a service recipient remains out of bed at night.

Alerts from Nattugla and supervision are managed via Hepro Respons, which is a comprehensive digital helath technology solution and serves as a common platform for all welfare technology. Hepro Respons is currently used by over 100 Norwegian municipalities. The solution can be used by institutions, nursing homes, or home residents – in this contract, for home residents.

Through the agreement, residents in 48 municipalities, including Gothenburg, Skövde, and Trollhättan, are ensured a safer daily life with innovative digital health technology solutions that contribute to increased safety and better resource utilization in the care sector.

Selection based on quality and cost-effectiveness

This agreement represents a significant milestone for Hepro. It is our largest contract in Sweden, and it provides us with a solid foundation for further international growth. The demand for digital care solutions is increasing, and we are proud to deliver technology that both enhances user safety and makes care work more efficient,

Strategic growth

As part of Hepro’s growing focus on the export market, this contract is an important strategic victory. At the same time, it strengthens Zafe Care Systems AB’s position in Sweden as a trusted provider of forward-looking welfare technology.

This partnership clearly shows what we can achieve when we combine Nordic innovation power with a common goal: to create safer and more efficient care solutions. Through collaboration with Hepro, we unite the best of both worlds and meet needs where they are – with technology that truly makes a difference,”

says Per la Fleur, Managing Director/CEO of Zafe Care Systems AB.
