A successful collaboration between Hepro and Stjørdal municipality has provided the residential center with a new patient alert system and digital monitoring. The result is a safer and more efficient environment for both residents and staff.

On Thursday, April 24th, the upgrade project at Stjørdal Residential Center was completed after seven weeks of installation and testing. Since February, installers from Hepro and the municipality’s IT department have worked together to implement new solutions for digital safety and efficient alerting.

Now, the entire building is connected to the internet, and every resident room is equipped with a patient alert system and the digital monitoring solution Nattugla. This makes it easier for staff to respond quickly and coordinate efforts when needed, while also providing increased security for residents, especially at night.

Stjørdal Residential Center is now the sixth location in the municipality to adopt Hepro’s patient alert system. Employees are excited and positive about the new system and look forward to seeing how it will improve daily life for both residents and staff.

We thank Stjørdal Municipality for a great partnership and look forward to following the positive effects this brings for both staff and residents.
